This 5 day course provides an overview of the VMware server virtualization concept, and provides details about how to configure Hitachi storage systems for use with VMware infrastructure. In addition, this course covers VMware vCenter Site Recovery Manager, Hitachi Command Suite setup and disaster recovery solutions. Finally, this course presents VMware vSphere v5.x and Hitachi Storage advanced operations, including using vSphere 5.x with Hitachi Dynamic Provisioning, VMware vStorage APIs for Array Integration (VAAI) and vStorage API for Data Protection (VADP).This course includes hands-on labs.
